These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 777plud (the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the 777plud website located at 777plud.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and all related services including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a 777plud account, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 777plud platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as the 777plud Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on this site from time to time.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion directive issued by 777plud or any relevant gaming regulator, including PAGCOR.
• Not an Excluded Person: You must not be listed on any government or PAGCOR exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

777plud reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777plud may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games and services on 777plud, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information as required during the registration process. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777plud account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — shall be deemed to have been performed by you and shall be binding upon you.

• One registered account per player — duplicate accounts will be suspended.

777plud accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

All funds deposited into your 777plud account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to another individual will be investigated and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.

777plud does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may impose their own transaction fees. 777plud is not responsible for third-party fees applied by payment processors. Deposit funds are credited to your 777plud wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor — typically within 60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya transactions.

777plud reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be held pending investigation. By depositing funds on the platform, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 777plud account. 777plud does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or payment methods that were not used for a prior deposit on the same account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for fully verified accounts, with an average GCash payout time of approximately six (6) minutes from the time of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may vary and are subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may be delayed.
• 777plud reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6).
• Fraudulent withdrawal attempts, including chargebacks, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

777plud offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion on the 777plud platform at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777plud bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 777plud platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the promotion terms. Live dealer table games and certain low-volatility titles may have reduced contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777plud, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the 777plud platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

777plud's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777plud does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events. 777plud shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions, including open wagers affected by unplanned downtime.

777plud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• Suspicion of underage gambling or eligibility violations.
• Request by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Detection of prohibited software, bot usage, or automated gameplay tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure for cause, 777plud reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from verified fraud or material breach, balances may be forfeited in their entirety. Where closure is at the player's voluntary request and no breach exists, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

777plud operates its online gaming services under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the primary government authority responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines. Players agree that any dispute arising from the use of the 777plud platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revision takes effect.
